Privacy policy
This explains how Morrow handles your personal data. Morrow is the controller of the personal data described here, and we aim to follow Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020). Last updated 1 November 2026.
What we collect
- Account details: email address and password (handled by Google Firebase Authentication), or the name and email of your Google account if you sign in with Google.
- Profile details: name, mobile number, city, bio, and for artists a pickup address and payout account.
- Order details: delivery address, delivery notes, payment status, and tracking.
- What you upload: artwork photos and descriptions.
- Certificates: when you buy a work, your first name and the first letter of your last name appear on its public certificate.
Why we use it
To run your account, review and publish listings, take payment, book delivery, pay artists, handle problems, and keep records the law requires. We do not sell your data.
Who receives it
- The courier receives the name, phone number, and address needed to collect or deliver an order.
- The payment provider receives your name, email, phone, city, and payment details to process payment. We do not store card numbers.
- Our hosting and database providers (Google Firebase and our web host) store data for us.
- Buyers and artists never receive each other’s phone numbers or addresses.
Your consent
We ask you to agree to these terms and this policy when you create an account. You can withdraw your consent by closing your account or writing to us. That does not affect what we did before, and we may keep records the law requires.
Sending data abroad
Our sign-in, database and hosting providers, including Google Firebase, may process data on servers outside Egypt. We use them only to run Morrow and expect them to protect your data.
How long we keep it
We keep account data while your account is open. Order and payment records are kept as long as accounting and legal rules require, even if you close your account.
Cookies
Morrow uses only essential cookies: your sign-in session and your language choice. If we add analytics later, we will tell you here first.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your data, or to object to how we use it. Write to us using the contact page and we will answer within a reasonable time. Some records must be kept by law.
Security and changes
We limit who can access personal data and protect it in transit with encryption. If a breach is likely to put you at risk, we will tell you and the authority the law names. Morrow is for people aged 18 and over. We will post changes to this policy here with a new date.
